CONSERVATION AND RECONCILIATION: How can First Nation and Rural Communities partner to help Canada reach its ambitious environmental targets.

Please join us for this inspiring fundraising talk by Eli Enns, co-chair of the national Indigenous Circle of Experts for the Pathway to Canada Target 1. This group was assigned by the Federal government to provide recommendations on how to achieve Canada’s biodiversity targets to 2020, and is recommending bold action. Eli will ground his presentation with insights on his involvement with successful conservation economy efforts in Clayoquot Sound, and update us on trends in conservation, first nation, and rural communities partnerships.
