When she’s not playing tennis, the No. 8 seed is watching tennis on her favorite network.

“Tennis Channel is on always,” she exclaimed, breaking into an unprompted infomercial with a comically large wink. “Honestly, yes, it’s just because now a lot of tennis. Last week, guys, they had two tournaments in the same week, now it’s Paris. They show Paris plus at the evening, when Paris is finished, they show here. So, it’s always tennis on my screen. When I go to sleep already, I’m just putting my you know, a TV show or whatever and just falling asleep like this.”

With all that tennis, is it on her mind even in her dreams?

“I’m honestly sleeping so deep sometimes I don’t know,” she mused with a laugh. “Just maybe I’m not dreaming about anything. But I’m thinking a lot during the day so probably there’s some something is going on inside…I hope!”

Fair enough if Kasatkina is keeping her dreams of the Billie Jean King trophy to herself, especially since, in spite of an opening round-robin loss to world No. 1 Iga Swiatek, the 2022 Roland Garros semifinalist is still in the hunt for the biggest title of her career.

And, as Kasatkina herself would tell you, you can catch it all on Tennis Channel!
