The Dallas Cowboys (11-4) visit the Tennesee Titans (7-8) for the last NFLThursday Night Football at Nissan Stadium in a game without really some postseason significance for the local team.
Tennessee has lost the last 5 games, and has lost the first place of the AFC South against the Jacksonville Jaguars by the moment. Titans still have the chance of winning its division on the last game of the season at Jacksonville, so a defeat against Dallas won’t hurt them.
Cowboys has won 5 of the last 6 games, and came from an all-around effort in a win over the Philadelphia Eagles 40-34 in Jerrah World.
Dallas Cowboys at Tennessee Titans live updates, Thursday Night Football Week 17 2022 at Nissan Stadium, Nashville, TN
The Tennessee Titans have one mission in mind: to become AFC South champions. Tonight they host at Nissan Stadium the Dallas Cowboys, who still have a slight hope of winning the NFC East.
Titans are on a 5-game losing streak, the worst being last week’s loss at home to the worst team in the NFL, the Houston Texans.
Tennessee will play without their starting QB, Ryan Tannehill, and without their star RB, Derrick Henry, while the Cowboys have almost a full roster, although the participation of their RB Tony Pollard is in doubt.
The locals will have QB Joshua Dobbs, who will make his NFL debut in a game in which his team has a lot to play for. Even if the Titans were to lose against the Cowboys, they will decide the division title the last week in Jacksonville to find out if they qualify or not for the Playoffs, while Dallas has already been qualified for a couple of weeks.
Kickoff for the game at Nissan Stadium is scheduled for 20:15 ET.
