At Antwerp’s European Open, Felix Auger-Aliassime captured his second title in as many weeks. The No. 2 seed outshined Sebastian Korda, 6-3, 6-4, firing 23 winners compared to 10 from the American to avenge an earlier season defeat in Estoril.

Having begun his career 0-8 in ATP finals, Auger-Aliassime has now taken his last three of four, all in 2022 and all indoors. Tsitsipas was at the receiving end of the Canadian’s breakthrough at February’s 500-level tournament in Rotterdam and last week, Auger-Aliassime tasted victory over J.J. Wolf in Florence.

In an all-Italian final, fourth seed Lorenzo Musetti emerged victorious over No. 2 seed Matteo Berrettini, 7-6 (5), 6-2, to be crowned the Tennis Napoli Cup champion.

After missing four break points in the lead-up to an opening tiebreaker, Musetti secured the lone mini break at 3-3 in securing a crucial one-set lead. The 20-year-old pulled away from his countryman, serving out the Naples final at love.

Musetti, who lifted his first tour-level trophy over Carlos Alcaraz in Hamburg three months earlier, improved to 30-23 on the year.
