Saturday brought up yet another win in the ring for Jake Paul, as the YouTuber extended his unbeaten record across his six boxing fights.

This time he overcame UFC legend Anderson Silva, knocking down the 47-year-old Brazilian in the last of the eight scheduled rounds in Phoenix.

Jake Paul “seeks revenge” over KSI

It wasn’t a knockout, but shortly after that Paul won on points, as the judges scored it 77-74, 78-73 and 78-73 for the 25-year-old.

Paul was very gracious as he spoke about Silva afterwards.

“I want to say thank you to Anderson, he inspired me to be great,” he told the crowd.

“Without him, we wouldn’t have a fight this year.

“I have nothing but respect for him. I started boxing two and a half years ago and I’ve just beaten one of the best strikers ever.”

Who will Jake Paul fight next?

Speaking after the victory, the American wasn’t so kind as he called out some of the biggest names in the fight world.

“I want Nate Diaz, whose a b**ch,” he stated.

“He tried to come into my locker room. He tried to cause some s**t and then he always leaves the f**king arena.

“So, Nate Diaz, stop being a b**ch and fight me.

“And Canelo Alvarez, you too.

“You guys said I couldn’t beat a legend like Anderson Silva, but I just did it. So, why can’t I beat Canelo.”

It isn’t clear if Paul will be able to fight Diaz or Canelo next. The latter seems very unlikely as he is still at the peak of his own professional boxing career and is fighting for titles.

In any case, this win over a legend of UFC has raised Paul‘s stock and his next bout should be an even bigger event that this one, which was also huge in front of 14,000 fight fans.
