Philadelphia Eagles at Houston Texans live updates, Thursday Night Football Week 9 2022 at NRG Stadium, Houston, TX.
Jalen Hurts was born in Houston, and ever since he was a kid he dreamed of playing in the Texans‘ home stadium.
Philadelphia is a heavy favorite to win, not only because they are the only undefeated team, but because of the high level at which several of their offensive stars are playing, such as Hurts, running back Miles Sanders and wide receiver A.J. Brown.
Jalen Hurts at the top of his game
As a QB, Hurts has been very solid, with 10 TD and only 2 INT, while Brown has 39 receptions for 659 yards on the season, averaging 16.89 yards per reception.
Houston will be without its top receiver, Brandin Cooks, who missed Tuesday and Wednesday’s practices due to personal reasons. Cooks was expected to be traded before the Nov. 1 deadline, but that did not happen.
This will create more problems for Texans QB Davis Mills, who has only 8 TD on the year and a QBR of 32.1.
Kickoff for the game at NRG Stadium is scheduled for 20:15 ET.
