San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel exited Sunday’s game versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with a knee injury and is questionable to return.
Samuel suffered the injury in the second quarter with 5:10 left from a tackle from Anthony Nelson, and was carted to the locker room.
The 49ers WR had four receptions for 43 yards before leaving the game.
